The toilets near Sunrise Amphitheater are in-ground toilets. We would recommend using the restroom before ascending the mountain. The restrooms at Sunrise are on the map below with a purple star.
Parking at Sunrise Amphitheater
Parking spaces are not reserved, so come early to secure a spot. There are about 40 parking spots near the amphitheater and we are expecting about 26 vehicles. It is a good idea to carpool if possible.
Parking on Flagstaff Mountain is paid parking at a flat $5 charge.
How to Pay for Parking on Flagstaff Mountain
- Day of through the ParkMobile app using zone 24700 for all Flagstaff Mountain parking fee area lots. Up to 5 vehicles can be registered on the same ParkMobile account at one time.
- Day of at the self-service stations with fee envelopes using cash (exact change) or check.
In the map below, you can see Sunrise Amphitheater has a red marker on it. There are two main parking areas to the west. The closer lot has about 10 parking spots and 2 ADA spots. The lot further from the amphitheater has 30 parking spots and 1 ADA spot.
There are also other parking spots to be found by circling around the paved loop.
